transmission removal 98 contour 2.0 auto

anyone want to jump in here.. any tips tricks or suggestions..

this is being done in a driveway mounted on ramps for now.. will block up shortly.. loosening bolts and connections in preparation to remove and then replace transmission.. would appreciate any input that may make this transition a smooth success..
it has been years since doing this sort of job .. I know it is a task but it can and will be done .. may take a couple of weeks since my ability is limited.. but with some help from my son... it will get done

ok before i go into this mess I was wondering the code indicated that it was the shifter in the value body was sticking. is it possible that a flush and conditioner such as lucas or slick 50 may help this sticking issue? possibly buy me a couple more months?
