2005 F-150 runs rough after changing battery.

About a month ago I replaced the battery in my truck. When I reconnected everything the truck was running rough. I have experienced this before with other vehicles and understand that the computer need to reprogram itself but it has been over a month now and I have put over 2000 miles of varied driving on the truck so I'd expect it to be gone by now.
The idle is just a bit rough and the truck runs fine but it is definately worse than before I changed the battery. The truck will occasionally stall when put in reverse which it never did before.
The truck is a 2005 with about 80,000 miles and has run perfect up until now.
Someone suggested I change the MAF so I did and the was no change.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

have someone hook a scan tool up and reset the KAM the keep alive memory holds old info for a long time your truck might not remeber the right base fuel trim anymore and cant adjust restting the KAM will put values back to zero and it may relearn better
