Hello all. Need to change Valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket. AutoZone guide is pretty vague on this. Anybody have the straight scoop including apprx parts cost and which gaskets are needed? 3.3 V6. Thanks all!

Re: 92 Grand Caravan >
Get a Haynes/Chilton's service manual or you could even sign up for AllData (about the same cost as a manual). Relatively easy jobs if you ask me, but if you are not mechanically inclined then take ti to a mechanic and get an estimate.

I have a 2000 3.3 engine and had to buy the $84.00 Felpro valve cover gaskets. Not the $25.00 ones. Best to remove intake manifold (need new gasket here also) for easy access to the rear cover.

Try doing a search you may find a thread on it. I would change the rear spark plugs while you ding the valve cover gaskets to save you time and money rather than taking plenium off again to change plugs.

Thanks all. I guess I'll have to go to the library, I can't see spending money on Haynes manuals, I don't like them much. I was just trying to get an idea for a client so I could make some quick cash and I'm not familiar with Dodge V-6 engines but have done covers on quite a few others. MAybe as I get more into repairs AllData would be a good investment.
