2003 ecotec 2.2 A/C Problem

hi i got this sunfire and didnt have a rad for the AC so i put one it and for testing purposes i converted my ac adapters so i could put 25 psi into the system to get the compressor running but i cant seem to get it to work i only put it on the low side since i cant reach the high side

its holding the gas but i wanted to test if it the whole system is holding leak free

but how do i get the compressor to kick in as i figure the pump is good and the relay is fine i tested it with the fuel pump relay

any ideas?
