Angry 94 grand am 2.3liter engine

I have a 94 grand am that will not start. We have been working on this car for a month and have no clue what to do. I get battery power and radio works. We tested the starter and that is fine. We figured out how to remove the ignition switch. Can you test the ignition switch and how do you know what wires to test.

What part?
I have a similar problem, and can't figure out the problem.
