VESPA 50s

This is my little side project. Model is from Tamiya 1:24 Campus friends set. It has originally 7 parts, but i did upgrade it a little, now it has somewhere around 50 parts. Steering works, rear light, head light, handles and lots of things i had to made to get it right.

You can find more pictures in my http://public.fotki.com/11011011/vespa-50s/

Amazing! I have this out of the campus friends too and I had no idea that it could possibly look so good! I love all the detail, I would've loved to seen some IP pictures, with the working steering and all. Where'd the helmet come from? Gorgeous little model!!

Helmet is from Fujimi Garage & Tools Drivers set. I cut off the head and peak from the helmet and made it thinner. Leather part is paper tissue which I treat with liquid plastic (Acetone & plastic).
