What engine?
Any check engine lights?
On the stall does the idle RPM slow down making it stall or does it just quit?
Or other words is the IAC controlling good RPM to keep engine running?

What are idle RPM at idle and in gear and out of gear?
Does it run good on the road?

Re: please help

it has the 4.3 vortec. it won't make it to drive it on the road. the rpms are about 6-700 at idle. when you put it in gear, or turn on the heat/air the motor will idle down untill it dies. also no check emgine lights.

Will it run if you push the gas down some?
Check the IAC idle air control valve for working right.

Around the throttle body area.
Round solenoid with a few wire plugged into it.

Are you getting a check engine light or codes?
