Does anyone know where i can get a turbo for my 93 storm without having to spend an arm and a leg?

Depends what you consider to be an arm and a leg. If you are mechanically inclined and can do it yourself, then you can same a ton of money. Check scrapyards or ebay for the turbo off an isuzu impulse or I-mark. You'll still need a blow-off valve, fmu, check valves, custom piping, modified header, bigger exhaust and intake to "open" the engine up. There's a guy on gsop.com with the turbo for sale. I've seen em go for anywhere from $200 to $500.

how much power depends only on how much money. Port and polished head, milled head, valve job, turbo, header, cat, cat back exhaust, a true cold air induction, spark advance, UD pulley, and things like weight reduction and suspension tuning to get the power to the ground can make for a very fast little car. between 200- 300hp. There's always nitrous too.
