PLEASE HELP!! crank will not move freely by hand

I have 02 lincoln town car with the 4.6l 2v. was changing the timing chain tensioner and guides when the chain slipped on the crank gear. now im trying to retime the engine and the crank will not turn all the way to tdc! its moves slightly then stops. wtf. is it a bent rod. i am at a loss. any help would be appreciated

you will need to remove the spark plugs

ok sould i remove all the plugs? i only have the passanger side chain off. the drivers side chain is still on and havent touched that side. this was supposed to be just a quick fix till i had the time to do a complete rebuild.lol

removed the plugs and one of them has a gash
