Question ceramic coated internals

would it be possible to have the inside rotor housing, rotor, and all seals ceramic coated? it would reduce friction and due to the thermal properties of ceramics, heat from combustion would be retained more which would cause a power boost. or would the ceramic seals cause a compression problem?
