Electrical Issues

I had my rear driver side door replaced and ever since then my master control on the driver side clicks and goes in and out. I took off the door panel and the motor for the rear driver side window is always on. When I unplug the motor the problem goes away. I took it into Subaru and they said it was not the motor.
