Unhappy 03 Caravan Brakes

I replaced the front disc pads a few months ago, no problem. Just replaced the rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders. When done, I bled the rear brakes. Now the pedal feels spongy and the parking brake doesn't hold. Just tried adjusting everything by holding the parking brake release lever out and pumping the parking brake pedal, doesn't seem to have accomplished anything. Should I bleed the front brakes also, even though they were fine before doing the rear brakes?

Sounds like the rear shoes are out of adjustment. You'll need to manually adjust them until you can feel drag when you spin the drum.
