new fuel pump, now A/C problems

I just picked up my 2002 3/4 ton Suburban from getting a new fuel pump. It runs now. BUT now all I can get is heat out of the vents and the air control is out of sync, set it to dash vents and air comes out the defroster, set it to floor and it comes out the dash vents. The compressor is engaging. Everything worked fine before.

What could have happened?

Re: new fuel pump, now A/C problems

In case anyone is interested.... I called my local GM dealer today and described the problem. The service manager suggested I disconnect both battery cables, touch them together, reconnect them and give it a try.

Everything is working fine now, he says that doing that will reset the control module, sounds weird to me but it worked.
