oil question

it is obvious to me why having low oil in my car is a bad thing but i dont understand why too much oil is harmful as well. can someone explain this to me. thx

idk how harmful it is, but extra oil creates drag on the engine, so less hp

hes right along with to much drag the oil can actually seep up through the rings into the cylinder if there is way to much oil

just put the right amount and that's it. and i'd recommend Redline brand.
