89 Saab 900, How to change belts.

I have an 89 900 with a 4 cyl turbo. The belts (alternator, AC, water pump) are between the engine and the fire wall and are very hard to get to. Does anyone have any tips on replacing these belts. I would like to do all of them.

You will find that at the left hand side under the bonnet is a tensioner. You can losen that and replace the belst easier after that.
