Changing Keypad Codes

2006 Lincoln LS
Can I change the keypad code? Is the one the dealer gave me the "Factory" code? Are there multiple codes?
Any help is appreciated... My wife's son has gotten the code and now has access to the car, garage and house. I'd prefer that he didn't.

The answers to your questions are all in the owner's manual.

You can assign several personal codes and delete them at will. You should have done this, and not given the factory code to anyone.

The factory code is the one the dealer gave you. You can't change it, but the dealer can. This will cost you at least the $100 min charge. If the dealer is bad or doesn't know how to reprogram it, then it will cost a few hundred more to replace the driver's door module.
