97 Quest Timing Belt Questions 3.0

1. What is the scheduled mileage it should be changed at?
2. Has anybody done their own and how difficult is it? (I have rebuilt fords and chevy's but am concerned about doing this one due to access and specialty tools that may be needed).
3. Did you replace the water pump at the same time?
4. Anything else I need to know before I attempt this?
