We are terribly sorry for the downtime on March 16, 2001.
Apparently the problem was at the very root of the whole network at VCI NOC and thousands of sites were down almost all day. Let's hope this doesn't happen again...

At least it's back up now. I didn't experience any downtime anyways, as I was uploading about 700 megs of files.
