No electrical power at all 87 Civic

I have an 87 Civic that just lost all electrical power tonight when i tried to start it to go home from work. When I turned the key, I heard one click and then nothing. I tested the battery, it is fine. I cant get anything at all to come on, not even a dome light. It has to be a breaker, a fuse a fusable link or something along those lines, but I can't find it. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
