i need egr tube for a 90 supercoupe!!

Does anyone know where i can find a egr tube for a 90 3.8 supercoupe?i live in calgary ab canada and cannot find any supercoupes at any of the auto wreckers?

no its the egr tube and it will have nuts on it the only thing they have is an egr tube for an lx but i have a sc!the other link is just a hose!

I thought you were asking because you couldn't get one from your Ford dealer. I checked and they are still available from Ford! Always call your local dealer for parts or check online dealer parts departments like Bob Utter's. I've had good luck with this place. They have been very helpful when I've talked to them on the phone about a part I wasn't sure about. Your local dealer may be on-line and sometimes their prices can be cheaper on the internet. If so, if you go in person to the dealership, ask if they will give you the internet price. One other hint. oh ive checked many ford dealers and i even phoned bob utters he cant get it beceause its discontinued!what ford dealer did you check with that still has them?cause ive checked 20 or more and everyone does a check and says sorry discontinued!

If you haven"t already, ask your dealer to search other dealer inventory. You might get lucky. If you still have no luck then the only other things I can recommend is wrapping it with a muffler bandage (Tiger Patch) or after cleaning it well, use some furnace cement (if it's just a crack or hole). In using furnace cement, warm the pipe up, but not so hot that you burn yourself trying work around it, dampen the pipe and then put a ring of the cement around the pipe. I let it dry overnight and then put a heat lamp on it for a couple more hours. Good luck finding the pipe. I thought they had to keep parts available for 10 years but maybe not. The pipe supposedly fit up to a 1993 so you might try asking for a 1993 pipe. Just a thought.
