2003 Accord Dashboard Cuts

Good Day,

I recently purchased a 2003 Honda Accord that had the windshield replaced due to something flying off the back of a truck and into the original windshield.
As a result there are many small cuts and scratches on the dash. The dashboard is a black leather like material. Is there a product that I can use to lessen the visibility of these scratches?
