Zero Paints - Silver for Peugeot 206
Anyone know the 'actual' colour of the silver used on Peugeot 206 WRC cars ?
I'd like to get a suitable colour mixed by Zero paints. Thanks in advance David |

Peugeot colour "GRIS QUARTZ MET" code EYC. I can even show you what it looks like on a model.

Re: Zero Paints - Silver for Peugeot 206
I agree from the point of view of colour.
However I prefer to airbrush, and I find decanting TS sprays to be a pain in the ..... I've also found the thinners in 2K can 'reactivate' TS metallics and allow the metallic particles to pool / swirl... Never had it happen with solid TS colours - Only metallics... and I've never had it happen with Zero paints... Cheers David |

Re: Zero Paints - Silver for Peugeot 206
I used Tamiya's spray for Marcus' 00 car & then used Gunze's Shine Silver for Panizzi's 02 Corsica car. Gotta say, the Gunze colour may be just a touch closer to the colour used by PSA for the WRCar. It has some darker fleck through it making it more grey in tone. But, horses for courses...
