'00 civic codes p1399 and p0172

So heres my deal .. about 6 months ago i got a check engine light with code p0172.. car ran fine .. cleared code and hasnt come back on since .. then today on my ride to work .. when i acceled from a stop .. cel started blinking and car lost power.. felt like it was running on 3 cylinders.. after about 5 minutes of driving.. the blinking stopped and power was restored .. any ideas on what to look at here? p0172= system running rich(bank 1) p1399= random or multiple misfire. Also the cel is no longer lit
