Horsepower chips for 2000 Dakota

I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota and I've been looking into getting a chip to increase the horsepower and torque. I dont want anything too crazy, I've only been driving for a year. Some extra hoursepower and torque would be nice though.
Just wondering what chips would be good? Which ones should I stay away from?
Any info would be great.. thanks!
