Philly's? Do you mean cheesesteaks??? A philly is a young female horse... and if you ate a cheesesteak in Illinois...... it probably had some of one of those in it someplace. LOL.

Which brings me to another thought..... if you're going to eat a cheesesteak from Philly, whenst conveying the experience to others, you should capitalize the "C". Hence you would get Cheesesteak... instead of cheesesteak. A Cheeseteak is damn near a holy experience, known to bring on feelings of euphoria and, to some of us devotees, an enlargening of the midsection. A cheesesteak is a nausiating hunk of crap, commonly thought to be proper fare by those unfortunate individuals whose sole basis of comparison is that processed horseshit sold under the brandname of "Steakum's". It should also be stated that few areas have access to the bread / rolls that are a key component of a Cheesesteak. Amoroso rolls are NOT acceptable, and should be fed to pigeons, dogs or prisoners. Any individual who eats a cheesesteak on an Amoroso roll and proclaims it's deliciousness shall upon utterage of such blasphemous words be labelled as a "poser" and groupoed with those who have an affinity for Ragu spaghetti sauces and other wannabe bullshit.

It should be noted that a cheesesteak will not have good "drip" and can not possibly be a Cheesesteak. A Cheesesteak will have good drip regardless of the use of Amreican cheese or Cheez Whiz... although some perfectionists claim that the use of "Whiz" is a travesty. Personally I think the proper stance on the use of American or Whiz shold be mandated into law.... American chesse if you're eating the Cheesesteak as a meal... and Whiz if you're eating the Cheesesteak as a desert. Lack of proper drip indicates an inferior Cheesesteak. However if the Cheesesteak is on a proper roll and has decent meat on it, it is not disqualified from Cheesesteak status, it does mean that the cook sucks though.
