no brake lights

brake lights stopped working , fuses and bulbs were ok so i put new brake switch on, still dont work. would like some help or ideas where to look next ?
sorry its a 98 voyager

Fuse, switch, lights and wiring. That's all there is. Can you or a friend use a multimeter?
