Urgent: No AC or Wipers

My car has encountered some kind of major electrical failure and I can't find out why, the relays and fuses are OK.

AC will not turn on, and wipers and washerfluid won't either. Both are completely dead.

with this do you have voltage at these fuses ?

Yes, I do actually..

OBD code 68 too, AC Relay shorted, but the relay is fine..

check all the engine grounds....check out the wiper ground ckt first..
