Amps needed...!?!
What would be the AMPs requirement on the Alternator for 2000 Ford Winstar 3.8L V6 engine? I was trying to order online for the best price, but I'm getting different options which include 110, 130 and 135 AMPs models... don't know which one applies. The original Alternator on my van has a XF2U-BD code on it. Can that number code be used to figure out how much amps I need?
Can anyone help? thanks

Re: Amps needed...!?!
Get the 130 amp. It goes in 98% of all Windstars with the V6 engine.
