92 camry...Swap to a celica engine and mod, or just mod?

Ok, I'm kinda new to the tuner scene here, I'm more into muscle cars, but I have a 92 Camry 4 cylinder with a 5-speed. My buddy says I should swap in a Celica engine, but I don't know where to begin, and I figured somebody out there would know how, or maybe someone would know if there were any mods out there for the stock engine.
