Transmission fluid in radiator - Help

93 PA with 145k
Today I have noticed a large puddle of transmission fluid under my car.
After looking around for a long time I noticed it that the coolant reservoir is overflowing and full with brownish liquid. The radiator is full of the brownish fluid also.

It seems like I have transmission fluid mixed up with the antifreeze.
Could it be that inside the radiator there is a crack and the transmission fluid is mixed up with the coolant?

Do I need to install a new radiator flush the coolant and the transmission systems?

Please help, I need this fixed as soon as possible.

Also have the trans fluid checked because the pressure in the cooling system is usually higher than the transmission pressure and the fluid would be contaminated, good luck.

Re: Transmission fluid in radiator - Help

Thanks for the info, this forum is always very helpful.
Here is the current status:
The coolant got into my transmission also, fluid looks very bad.
However the radiator does not leak coolant. The transmission line inside the radiator must have cracked.
Here is what I have been doing in the last few nights after work.

Disconnected the tranny lines from the radiator and plugged the two holes in the radiator. Flushed radiator. Cleaned coolant overflow tank.
Changed transmission filter.

Will install new third party transmission cooler and flush transmission fluid this weekend.

I hope this will work out and save me work and money by not replacing the radiator.
All advise appreciated.

Re: Transmission fluid in radiator - Help

You may have to change the transmission fluid a couple of times and also the filter until the fluid is clean,it might be a good idea to ask a trans shop what they would suggest and do not flush the trans because of its age.
