I think there is. If I can remember I'll look under my 89 today. Is the car not up shifting correctly? There is a TV cable that is adjustable that can also effect shift points. There is an adjustment procedure in this forum, search on TV cable. There is also a grommet that falls apart where the tv cable hooks into the throttle body. The previous owner of my car burned out the over drive band because that grommet failed and the cable fell off.
