The 350 with paint!

This is just a mock up..for anyone who cares. Needs one more coat of the Chevy Orange tomorrow and its basically done. You may notice the valve covers are TALL lol. Guess i messed up but they look pretty cool and i think theres enough clearance for them to fit.

Looks pretty sweet. How much did that Edelbrock set-up put you back?

Got that stuff on summitracing.com . Valve covers were $90 and $30 for the air cleaner.

That's correct, if you want to move your "doorstop" a quarter mile away in less than ten seconds:

Corvettes for lunch, anyone?

It hasnt been rebuilt but its the truck version of the LM1 so it makes more power than a regular LM1. And i have edelbrock performer intake and what i think is a 700cfm edelbrock . So its just lightly modified...for now. Itll make about 270hp and at least 350 torque.

The paint is called POR-15 engine enamel. So its designed to be pretty tough and last long. Only advice i can think of right now is take the time to make sure the engine is clean and theres no oil on it before you put this paint on.
