Talking **A Ferrari F50 LM Style/street mods

Here is my most recent project. A Ferrari F50 LM style..

mods:
-custom made and designed front spoiler/lip and diffusers.
-custom made and designed rear spoiler
-custom made wheels, correct width front and back. Created by using modified Aoshima wheel Lips + modified Tamiya wheel parts. Goodyear GS Fiorano tires. (and no those are not 5 bolt patterns, there is a hex nut behind the ferrai centercap.)
-engine block black washed.

*note to future builders of this kit: the kelver decals are a major major pain to do correctly, decal solution reccomended. I did not use decal solution.

hope you guys like, i value your comments as usual...enjoy!

I keep hoping someone will do a resin transkit of the F50 GT1 prototype. This'll have to do for now.

It's a beauty, porkchop. Shades of the 288GTO Evoluzione.

Thumbs up

Nice job! It makes the F50 look more like a real car and less like a kit car!

Three companies have already done transkits of the F50 GT1, they are all out of production and sold out.
Museum Collection
Scale Production
I forgot the name of the other.

The Tamiya F50 is on the table next for me, so the advice about the decals will be noted .

Looks very nice, but I don't think I could bring myself around to cutting up an F50 .

Whut do u mean modified wheel lips??? They sell em?? And those rims look like they came from the Skyline R34 NIsmo Rims.

original NISMO rims have been CUT and modified withwise to make it correct width for the ferrari. The only thing used from the original nismo wheels are the spokes, everything else is from parts bin
