6.0 swap question
i have an 03 1500 rwd silverado 196k, trans is starting to slip very bad. i can get a 6.0 2500 engine and trans fairly cheap would this be a direct replacement or is it gonna require rewiring?

yes i thought i could get the engine/trans together w/ drive shaft and it would bolt up to my rear diff

You need to get your hands on the wiring harnesses and computers.

thanks, i heard my trans will bolt right up also so im gonna pick the motor up next week ill makwe sure to get the ecu also
