A/C cycles too much?

I just rebuilt my entire a/c system with all new parts and had it flushed, evauated and charged. The first 15 minutes the clutch is locked up and cooling well but when I check it at an idle the clutch is cycling off for 10 secondes and on for 10 seconds. Did the tech put too much in or not enough? [email protected]

There is a possibility that the freon is low. The best way to check is to buy one of those recharge kits from your local auto part store that as a gauge that is colored green, yellow, & red and it will tell you what the level of the freon is.
