Engine Swap
Is it possible to swap out a 3 cylinder 1.0 and install a 4 cylinder our of a Prism or the like?
I have a 90 Metro with a 5 speed tranny, and I want to replace the engine for better power. Any ideas if it can be done, and would I have to change all of the mounts to get it to work? The Prism is made by Toyota so that won't work.The 4cyl out of a 95-01 Metro will work with some changes to the mounts , axles, ecm , wiring harness and some other minor things but will be lots of work.
