81 Blazer Wipers not working

Hello,

The wiper blades are not working, I have replaced the motor/switch/wiper delay switch and it is still not working. I am getting power to the switch, but still nothing. I am really confused on what else it could be. I also have power at the motor and the washer pump. Any ideas would be great.
