3.4 is hesitateing when cold

Can anybody tell why my 3.4 when cold and starting off is hesitating when cold till i give her more gas and is fine,when the car is running for a half hour or so she is cold,changed the air filter,cleaned the mass flow ait sensor and changed the fuel filter and is still the same,jumpy when cold when starting off from a start,just had the tranny done for shift soilinieds.the car is not setting anycodes,i just put a new gas cap on also,not sure where to go from here,could be a bad coil maybe?

I would do a full scan and look at the coolant temp sensor inputs and o2 sensor activity, not sure what jumpy means.
