rear end issue

i have a 2003 sonoma 4.3 extnd 2 wheel my issue is i noticed that my power tire has swiched sides it has always been ear tire on passenger side now its on drivers side is that a major issue to be concerned about and if so what do i look for to fix it im stummped and truck has no issues besides being on other side now

Not an issue. As you drive the the "power" tire will switch back and forth depending on which tire has less friction. Yes less friction. It's just how the differential works.
