94 chevy caprice ; if the voltage is to low on your battery meter will this make the a/c clutch cut off???

low voltage will not kill the ac clutch if you have enough voltage for the engine to run.....

with an engine overheating the computer will kill the ac compressor,,,then both fans will activate..
