Smile SAS R34C-West progress

Hi everyone, just a couple of projects just kicked off.
The 350Z I've had a while, just had to clear the workbench before I started anymore.. Been lowered, updated wheels. Not sure bout the wing yet ?? Kinda suits it....
R34 has had time on the shelf. Wasn't real happy with it so when I saw fly's kit for it, I wasted no time ordering one. Completely stripped it down for a fresh ground up resto....Also got a SAS wing set
Progress may get slow, but wont stop..( I'm not a real quick builder )
Any comments positive or negitive, feel free......

stump has attatched these images...

The Z car is lovely as it is. You won't need much more modification than that.

The R34 is looking stout, too. Love the full engine. ^_^

Cool

Both looking good! Maybe I missed a post or something - where did the engine on the R34 come from? And are those the Work Design Euroline rims on the Zed? Nice choice!

I think the R34 rims are Workmeisters by Fujimi

love the R34 with engine!! but you seem to have a problem with the hood fitting? or is it just offcenter..

Re: New.. 350Z and SAS-R34. Started..

I got a questionwhere did u get the pic of that yellow C-West skyline in the back round?

The other question is seems like the body kit is not fitting right with the hood on the 2nd pic.

Great stuff Greg!

Love the wing on the Z

Not sure if the poor fit of the hood is coz its just a temporary set up for the photo, but i do know that around that area there is excess resin where the sprue was. These were in fact vents in the mold so air can escape and is a necessity, its no biggie, just cut the conflicting bits away and its fine. Just wanted to make sure you're aware of it.
