94 mustang gt vaccume lines?

i have these two tub looking things under my air intake with screws blocking them. Any ideas?

You must have the 5.0
Some "really smart" guy's bypassed - disabled the air injection system. Why he plugged off the diaphram is beyound me, the source vacuum is the one to close off. Probably the air pump and EGR are also disconnected. Properly working, these systems reduce tail pipe emissions.
