Another engine swap question

This will piss off the purist. sorry. i have a chance for a 4.6L modular engine from a 1999 ford gt and was wondering if it could, 1. fit in the fiero, 2. be connected to the getrag 5 spd manual and 3. what modifications would be neccessary. Also available is a 4.3l vortec 6... same questions about that.
