Third Brake Light Law
If the Third Brake Light Law came into effect in 1985 or 1986 than why did the 1990, 1991 and I believe 1992 Toyota 4Runners did not have Third Brake lights at all? Please explain. Perhaps trucks back than did not have to have a third brake light because the regular brake lights were already placed in a higher position than compact cars?
