P0131 Error code

I have a 2008 Cobalt. The other day my car stalled in a heavy rain storm. I am now getting codes P0131, P0171 and a P0300. How do I correct this. The slip I was handed from AutoZone stated :
Troubleshooting P0131
Heated oxygen sensor. bank 1 sensor 1 low voltage.

Any help with my issue would be greatly appreciated.
