Daytime Running Lights Socket
My passenger side Daytime Running light socket is burned out (melted). The parts department at the dealership wants $65.00 for the socket. I tried all the auto parts stores and no one has one. Any ideas as to where I find a cheaper one. $65.00 for a socket seems pretty high.

Re: Daytime Running Lights Socket
Junk yard. Mine was burned when I replaced the bulb turns out they snap in and its kind of bitch to do. If they arent in right they end up burning. Hope that helps.

Re: Daytime Running Lights Socket
Thanks, for the info. I'll try www.junkyarddog.com and see what I come up with.

Re: Daytime Running Lights Socket
Ebay bro, search under used. Most ventures/ montana's / silhouette's are stripped rather quickly at junk yards of their lights.

Re: Daytime Running Lights Socket
He's not talking about the leaky headlights, rather the DRL lights that sit right next to the headlights. Ebay might be a good option tho.....
