Nuts,bolts,screws and rivets

hi guys im thinking about stepping up my skills and doing a 1/12 brabham.
the question i have for you all is how do i know the dimensions of say..the bolts heads on the engine..ive been looking at r-b stuff,i want to replace them real ones.

Concerning your question about the dimension (if I understood correctly), if you have to replace nuts and screws, you could take measurement directly on the molded-in detail to be replaced and order the same size…
