do fuel from the tank

I have a 99 KIA sportage, one day it stoped on my wife, well not on my wife but it just died. I tried to hear the for the fuel pump to buzz but it never did. I pulled the tank and tested the pump which passed, checke the fuses or the one fuse and switch the two relays in the load center next to the battery, is there another relay located somewhere else to check or replace......
