Looks good so far. What exactly do you have in plan for this car? You say skyline eater in the thread title so you better have some big plans for the car. Let see a part list or somthing

lol skylines arent that fast???? and i live in canada so we only have r32, r33s lol so i dont have to have alot to keep/ beat them but my parts list includes

fully built motor
hx 35 turbo
1mm oversized valves
hks 272 cams that were degreed
walbro 255 hp fuel pump
-6an fuel line right from tank
aeromotive fpr
aeromotive fuel rail
1250 cc injectors
greddy fmic
... list goes on

still need to purchase most of it, but as of right now i just wanna drop the motor in and get a 14b just so i can driver the car till i get the rest lol

What are you planning as far as engine management is concerned? And you mentioned a clutch...which one you going with?

ecmlink v3 full, and i believe i will go with a 2600 but i may have to settle for a 2100

A 2100 won't hold. My 2600 won't even hold my SCM61. Consider bigger...

well if you are running a 2600 and have a set up like that, i would have personally went with a six puck. you definitely wouldnt be slipping then cause those are good for close to 575hp, and im not planning on making over that lol so i sould be fine with getting the a 2600 with street disc.

Thats your problem, organic disk can only take so much power, need something with a higher coefficient of friction. Kevlar would probably be a good choice or you may even have to go to a ceramic disk if you are making that much power

got the entire motor put together today except for the mock up turbo because im missing both of the banjo bolts and one turbo bolt. also noticed i need the sensors off of the TB too. ended up having to re do the timing on the motor it looked to be a tooth out, so now she is dead on. also ended up breaking my jay racing timing belt tool man was i mad

I've turned up the wick a bit since the car was an 11.7 car, but it seemed to do OK for the previous owner. Being that we've both done our share of daily driving and launchin in the car, I can't say I'm surprised this is happening.

I'll probably be doing the SBC Kevlar disk, 2600 (or 2900) PP combo when it finally gives up completely. I'm fixing my old S10 for the day it happens, so I'm not SOL without a car.
