2003 4.7 Ram idle issue

My truck idles erratic and sometimes shuts down at stops and low speeds. RPM gauge follows the erratic idle speed. This only occurs in the summer at high temperatures with the AC on. I can temporally solve the issue by clean out the intake with cleaner. I also took it into the dealership for a tune up and injector cleaning. This cured the problem for about 8-10 months, but it came back again. Has any one had this issue here?
